By accessing, registering for, or using NeroX platform ("the Platform") at neroxcoin.org, you ("User") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeroX.
NeroX provides advanced cryptocurrency market analytics tools including real-time market data visualization, technical indicators, algorithmic signals, order flow analysis, and experimental automated trading tools in simulation mode. All services are provided strictly for informational, educational and research purposes only. NeroX is not a brokerage, exchange, financial institution or investment advisor.
NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE. All indicators, signals, bot outputs, analysis and content are for informational purposes only. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all your financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The NeroX Bot feature is an experimental research tool provided in paper trading (simulation) mode only. It does not execute real trades on your behalf and does not have access to your exchange accounts or funds. Any signals or outputs from the bot are for educational and research purposes only and do not constitute trading recommendations. NeroX makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability or profitability of any bot signals or simulated results.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using the platform you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage with cryptocurrency-related services. You represent that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. Users from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited are not permitted to use this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@neroxcoin.org of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our trial and subscription systems.
Paid subscription plans (PRO and ELITE) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. A 7-day free PRO trial is available upon email verification — no credit card required. Trial accounts may only be used once per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the trial system is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or NOWPayments.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at support@neroxcoin.org within 7 days of your payment for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has elapsed or if the account has been terminated for violation of these terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial; (d) scrape, copy or redistribute platform data without permission; (e) use the platform to manipulate markets; (f) reverse engineer any part of the platform; (g) use automated bots to access the platform without authorization.
All content on the platform including but not limited to indicators, algorithms, interface design, brand identity, and proprietary methodology (including the Quantum Momentum Divergence and NeroX Market Pulse indicators) are the exclusive intellectual property of NeroX. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy available at neroxcoin.org/privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. NeroX shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEROX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEROX IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeroX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
