We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your NeroX subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) you request the refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date, (b) this is your first subscription purchase on NeroX, and (c) your account has not been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
To request a refund, contact our support team via Telegram @neroXalert or email support@neroxcoin.org within 7 days of your purchase. Include your registered email address and payment confirmation. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the original wallet address used for payment. We do not charge any processing fees for refunds.
The 7-day refund guarantee applies to initial purchases only. Renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of: (a) requests made after the 7-day window, (b) accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service, (c) renewal payments after the initial subscription period, or (d) abuse of the refund policy (multiple accounts).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time after the 7-day window.
